The Girls From HaymitchKatniss Answer Your Hunger Games Questions!
This was originally posted on my personal channel but I thought I’d re-edit the coloring and add it over here on this channel since we have an actual channel now.
In this video we answer questions that were sent to us through tumblr, roleplayer.me, twitter, and youtube regarding the Hunger Games and more specifically the Haymiss (HaymitchKatniss) ship.
BTW: Grace has since changed her name to Clint and hereby would prefer it if you call her Mod C instead of Mod G.

We’re happy you’re happy! We did make this blog for all the shippers, and we love it and this ship quite a lot.

Thanks. ^_^ Mod-K is actually in charge of the theme, I can’t do themes even halfway decently. I still have redux on my personal. I’ll let her know you said something though and she’ll probably add her own bit to this answer.

Awwww! Thank you ^_^
I just love that quote. It’s such a big moment in the Haymiss ship. Also a big moment in the book. Basically just the best thing ever.

Another interview with Woody Harrelson has popped up today, this time from Moviefone. In this article, he talks about his original hesitance to take on the role of Haymitch in The Hunger Games.
So, you have “The Hunger Games” coming up. When you were first approached to play Haymitch, were you at all hesitant? Because, on the surface, before you get to learn about Haymitch, it doesn’t seem like your type of thing. He is a complex character.
No, I was interested because I knew Gary Ross was doing it. I didn’t know about the books until after they offered it. And I took a while to respond. But then I started reading one of the books and, the first book, I really liked. But, I thought about it and I just didn’t think — I didn’t think there was enough to do. Do you know what I mean? It’s not a huge part or anything. I’m happy to do smaller parts — I don’t have a problem with that — but it just didn’t seem like there was enough to do. I turned it down, but then Gary called me and said, “Dude, you’ve got to do this. I don’t have a second choice. You’ve got to play Haymitch.” And I was like, “Well, when you put it that way… let’s do this damn thing.” And I’m so glad that I did, because, you know, it’s really was one of the best experiences and just a great group. This is similar to what he previously revealed in a Fandango interview, and we’re so happy that Woody accepted the role! You can read more of their Q&A with Woody at Moviefone.
I’m really glad he didn’t, he seems like he’ll be a wonderful Haymitch.

Can I just say, I love how in this picture, judging by the placement of Haymitch’s feet, he and Katniss have to be sitting with way less space between them than anyone else. Also that in the progression from this picture:

To the one above, they have to have moved closer to each other (also Katniss lost her shoes, and Haymitch put his other foot on the table). I mean I’m sure they angle throws it off just a bit, but it does look like they’d practically have to be touching there.
